Return policy for all Transfer Master™ and Supernal® Products
Please note it is extremely important that you measure all hallways, entryways and stairwells to ensure that the bed and its parts can be transported throughout your house to its destination. Failure of a product to fit in your home is a customer error.
RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR
Our products and parts are final sale. However, we will do our best to accommodate a request for return in these instances:
- The request is made to our customer service department within one (1) day of delivery of the products. Customer service may be reached at (678) 291-3190 or [email protected]. Customer service must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- The request relates to a bed frame only. Parts and mattresses are not returnable.
- All items must be returned in new and unused condition, in original packaging with all documents and accessories intact.
- Return shipping cost is at the customer’s arrangement and expense.
- The customer is responsible for paying a 25% restocking fee.
- Refunds on authorized returned items will take up to 30 days once the product is received at our designated facility to allow for inspection of the product. Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in the return being rejected. If rejected, the customer will be given the option of having the product destroyed or returned to the customer within three (3) days at the customer’s arrangement and expense.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS PRIOR TO DELIVERY
